Was there a massive fish death after Fukushima treated water release? No, that's not true: It was in Febuary, 2023.
The claim appeared in a post (archived here) where it was published by @정용운 on August 26, 2023, on Facebook. It opened:
This is the photo of Fukushima coast after the radioactive contaminated water release by a Japanese Youtuber.

The captured image is first labeled as 'Fukushima massive fish death' by a YouTube short video (archived here) under the title "정부가숨기는 현제 후쿠시마 방사능오염수 뿌린 일본바다 상황" "Government is hiding this: Current circumstance of Japanese coast after Fukushima radioactive water release" (Translated from Korean by Lead Stories Staff).
However, the footage (archived here) has been on internet on February 7, 2023, months before the Fukushima treated water planned release. It was shared on Weibo, popular Chinese social media, as a clip from 'live broadcast by a Japanese Internet celebrity', not mentioning Fukushima at all. Moreover, People Power Party (PPP), the governing conservative party of South Korea, decided to accuse the YouTube Channel first labeled it as Fukushima-related. In their press release, PPP said 'the massive fish death was near coast of Itoigawa, Niigata Prefecture, Japan, February 13, 2023'.
